01

Explore care options and feasibility

Review relevant medical resources in China and indicative medical, travel and service costs. Your hospital assesses the treatment plan and medical suitability.

02

Prepare and translate records

Once you decide to pursue care in China, we help organize and translate records and examination reports as required by your intended hospital.

03

Contact the hospital and specialists

Submit the prepared records and coordinate the hospital’s assessment, including further examinations, timing and costs.

04

Confirm acceptance and hospital documents

Following assessment and acceptance, we help request any pre-admission or acceptance document the hospital can issue. The hospital determines its requirements and wording.

05

Plan your journey to China

Coordinate arrival dates, transport, accommodation, airport transfers and language support around the hospital’s confirmed arrangements. Help prepare medical documents if a visa is needed.

06

Receive practical support in China

Get the agreed airport, hospital accompaniment, language and daily-life support to help you and your family navigate the visit.

07

Maintain communication after departure

Help pass on follow-up records and coordinate communication and further appointments according to the hospital’s requirements.

CLEAR COSTS

Zoying coordination service fee is determined according to the selected hospital type. Hospital diagnosis and treatment expenses and personal travel expenses are calculated separately and are not included in the coordination service fee.

Choose a private hospital

Choose a public or non-profit hospital

Patients pay Zoying a coordination service fee. The specific service content, charge amount and payment method shall be clarified and confirmed before the service starts.

PATIENT PREPARATION

Questions to answer before you travel

What does Zoying help overseas patients do?

Zoying provides medical travel information and non-medical coordination: organising questions for hospitals, arranging requested record translations, helping coordinate appointments, and discussing interpreting, logistics, insurance paperwork and visa documents. Diagnosis, treatment decisions and clinical consent are the hospital’s responsibility.

How are coordination and hospital charges separated?

Medical charges are quoted and collected by the hospital. Coordination charges, if applicable, must be agreed separately in writing with their scope and cancellation terms. Where a hospital pays the coordination charge under a confirmed arrangement, confirm that arrangement before relying on there being no separate fee. No universal fee waiver is promised.

Zoying provides coordination and information. The hospital decides diagnosis, treatment, acceptance and clinical fees. Hospital availability and policy conditions must be confirmed for your own case.

The website does not have a portal for uploading patient medical records. When additional information is needed, please first explain the purpose and recipient, and then the staff will confirm the method of provision with you.

Zoying provides medical resource information, medical coordination and non-medical support; medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment are the responsibility of the receiving hospital and licensed physicians.
