ABOUT ZOYING
Medical travel coordination for overseas patients
Zoying Health (ZOYING) helps overseas patients organise the practical steps of seeking medical care in China. Our website provides information about hospitals in Shanghai and Xi’an, public hospital price references, medical-record preparation, insurance and entry arrangements. We are a coordination service platform, not a hospital or a provider of diagnosis and treatment.
What we can coordinate
Initial needs and feasibility discussions, hospital enquiries, preparation and translation of records requested by the hospital, appointment communication, and agreed language and travel support. The exact scope, charges and responsibilities must be confirmed before a service starts.
Who is responsible for what?
Patient coordinators organise enquiries and timelines. Records and language support organise requested documents and interpretation. Hospital liaison communicates administrative requirements. Travel support helps with agreed non-medical arrangements. Clinical assessment, acceptance, prescriptions and treatment belong to the receiving hospital and licensed clinicians.
What we do not promise
A listing does not guarantee a hospital partnership, a particular specialist, insurance approval, visa issuance, treatment eligibility or a clinical result. Public hospital prices are reference items, not a personal treatment quote. We ask the relevant hospital or authority to confirm conditions for each case.
Information and privacy
Hospital and specialist profiles are based on publicly available information and should be reconfirmed before booking. Send only a brief enquiry first. We do not provide a public medical-record upload function. Before requesting sensitive records, the recipient, purpose and transmission method must be agreed.
Contact the coordination team
In your first email, include your country, the specialty you are asking about, approximate travel dates and preferred reply language. Do not attach a passport, complete policy or detailed medical history until we have agreed how to handle it.
