Which medical records should I prepare?
Prepare a dated diagnosis summary, recent consultation notes, test reports, pathology findings where relevant, imaging reports and original DICOM files, previous operation or discharge reports, and a list of medicines and allergies. The receiving department may request additional documents; send only what it needs.
Should I translate everything into Chinese?
Ask the receiving hospital which language and format it accepts before paying for translation. Keep original records and clearly match each translation to its dated source. Avoid translating clinical conclusions yourself or substituting phone screenshots for diagnostic imaging files.
How should I share private records?
First confirm the intended recipient, the purpose, which records are necessary and an agreed private transmission method. This website does not offer public medical-record uploads. For the first email, describe the specialty, country, approximate dates and contact preference without attaching a passport, full insurance policy or complete medical history.
Zoying provides coordination and information. The hospital decides diagnosis, treatment, acceptance and clinical fees. Hospital availability and policy conditions must be confirmed for your own case.
